TEACHER

Tomorrow marks a new chapter for us.

We've donned many titles in our times, but this whole "teacher" thing is a new one for us both. How do you teach someone (or say, 70 someones) how to speak a language that is so totally different than all that they are used to? Ah, well, guess we'll find out.

With us spending our Mondays-to-Thursdays out at cyberless-Place of Rescue, these lampshades won't be dancing much aside from the weekends. But I'm sure Friday will come pretty quickly, as will the tales of our first week on the job.

Guess we'll chat in 2008. Happy New Year!

So throughout my day here at work I've been sneaking glances at your blog, trying to catch up on the huge back-log of entries I hadn't read since you were already a few months into your trip when I heard about it.

Anywho, the truth of the matter is I'm in love with your writing. J-Mac, sometimes I hear your voice in those words as clearly as if you were sitting beside me, or editing our papers from Loranne's class. I get a little more confused when I sense James has been writing ;-) but it's still super enjoyable.

I miss you guys. I'm so stoked that you have this adventure under your belt and have so much teach those of us left on this side.

Do you guys have a cell phone number I can reach you at, and the knowledge of the time difference between us?
